DR. NGO-VIET NAM-SON, President of NgoViet Architects & Planners, has been an architect and planner with more than 30 years of professional experiences and research & teaching in Pacific Rim Countries, including Vietnam, The United States, Canada, Mexico, China, Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, …

He has encompassed his works with a vision of interdisciplinary cooperation and practical research, including a large variety of working experiences in cooperation with leading international companies, teaching at renowned national & international universities, speaking at international conferences, and providing strategic consultancy to local governments (especially in Vietnam, the United States, and Canada).

He has been member of the Vietnam Association of Architects (Board Member), Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association, Vietnam Green Building Council (Board Member), American Institute of Architects, American Planning Association, and Asian Cultural Landscape Association (Executive Board Member).

He and his projects has received many awards, such as Honor Urban Design Award of the American Institute of Architects, ULI Award, and Lead Teaching Award of the University of Washington.

He received a doctorate degree from University of Washington, and a master degree from University of California at Berkeley. Working and living in Vietnam, the United States, and Canada, he communicates fluently in English, French, and Vietnamese.
